Whole Life Practices was founded in 1994 after Marietta was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor.  She was left with a facial palsy after the tumor was removed and was directed to undergo reconstructive surgery.  Soon thereafter, she discovered that a silicone spike was wedged into her skull and silicone had been injected into her veins by IV, without her informed consent.  She developed Lupus, Scleroderma and a form a Myasthenia Gravis.

When the couple turned to the Mayo Clinic for answers to these health problems, they were told that there was "nothing that could be done".  Marietta was given 6 months to live.  That was back in 1991.

Marietta and Richard Forcht are both Colon Hydrotherapists and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapists.  They are affiliated with holistic oriented MDs.  Richard with degrees in psychology, was an army medic and X-Ray technician.  Richard is also a certified Personal Trainer, and Marietta is presently working on the completion of her Nutritional Certification.  Marietta is a Specialist in Performance Nutrition, and can conduct weight loss programs.
